When you request a Purchase Agreement

The form on our buying process page asks for your first and last name, email address, telephone number and delivery address (street, city, state and postal code), together with the vehicle you have selected. All of these are required to prepare a Purchase Agreement and arrange delivery — we cannot complete a sale without them.

When you contact us

Our enquiry buttons open your own email client. Anything you choose to write in that message reaches us directly, and we hold it in our mailbox in the ordinary course of business.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not buy or sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare, send and administer your Purchase Agreement and invoice.
• To arrange insured transport of the vehicle to the address you gave us.
• To answer your questions before, during and after a purchase, including anything raised inside your 10-day inspection window.
• To meet our legal, tax and vehicle-titling obligations as a licensed dealer.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to complete what you asked us to do:

• Our inventory and enquiry platform. This website is served from a vehicle management platform that receives and stores the details you submit through the Purchase Agreement form.
• Transport carriers. Your name, delivery address and telephone number are passed to the carrier moving your vehicle.
• Government bodies and financial institutions, where required for titling, registration, payment or tax.

We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records connected to a completed sale — agreement, invoice, delivery and title documents — are kept for as long as tax, titling and warranty obligations require.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to object to certain uses of your information or to complain to a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not ask for card numbers or full bank credentials through this website — payment is completed by wire using instructions issued on your invoice.
